このたび、ホテルハーヴェストの会員サービスは「東急リゾーツ＆ステイSMART CLUB」へ統合されることとなりました。

これにより、ご利用ごとに共通ポイントがたまり、nolだけでなく、当社が運営するゴルフ・スキー・ホテルのご予約も1つのIDで簡単に行えるほか、対象施設での利用料金にご活用いただけます。

あわせて、統合に伴うシステムメンテナンスを実施いたします。

期間中は「予約の取得・確認」「会員情報の確認・変更」等、各種サービスをご利用いただけません。

■ 会員サービス統合日 2026年8月19日（水）［予定］ ※予告なく変更となる場合がございます。

■ 統合に伴うご案内 ・2026年8月19日（水）以降の初回ログイン時に、パスワードの再設定が必要です。 ・同一メールアドレスで既にSMART CLUB会員情報をお持ちの場合は、SMART CLUBのアカウント情報が引き継がれます。 ・8月19日以降の新規ご予約分からポイント付与の対象となります。 ・統合後も、個人アカウントはこれまでと同様に株主優待および法人予約時にご利用いただけます（ポイント付与対象）。

■ システムメンテナンス期間

2026年8月18日（火）午後9時 ～8月19日（水）午前4時〔予定〕 ※予告なく変更・延長となる場合がございます。

■ 対象サービス ホテルハーヴェスト／ホテルタングラム／nol （予約の取得・確認、会員情報の確認・変更 等）

We are pleased to announce that nol membership services will be integrated into the Tokyu Resorts & Stay SMART CLUB. With this integration, you can earn shared points with each stay and use one ID to easily make reservations not only at nol, but also at our golf courses, ski resorts, and hotels. You can also use your points toward eligible charges at participating facilities. We hope you will enjoy our new, more convenient and rewarding service. In addition, we will conduct system maintenance in connection with this integration. During the maintenance period, services such as viewing and confirming reservations, and checking or updating member information will be unavailable.

■Important Information Regarding the Integration ・Please reset your password when you log in for the first time on or after Wednesday, August 19, 2026. ・If you already have SMART CLUB membership information registered with the same email address, Your SMART CLUB account details will be carried over. ・Points will be awarded for new reservations made on or after August 19. ・After the integration, personal accounts can continue to be used for shareholder benefits and corporate reservations as before and will remain eligible for points.

■System Maintenance Period Scheduled: Tuesday, August 18, 2026, 9:00 PM to Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 4:00 AM Please note: The schedule may change or be extended without notice.
