The Italian word crescita means to grow or to bear fruit, and the menu at crescita is created using an abundance of ingredients from Hakone and its neighboring areas. For dinner, the restaurant’s self-service counter is transformed into a miniature farm, where you can choose your favorite appetizers and a selection of fresh vegetables, while for breakfast, you can indulge in smoothies and salads. Enjoy a culinary experience that promotes physical and mental well-being.
